Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you purchased Additional Warranty time on one of our products service requests will be accepted for requests made outside of our Free 30-day window. To those who purchased such warranty much contact CPS at 800-905-0443 to file a claim, given they have finished to complete the registration form for extended warranty.
To be eligible for a return during your 30-day warranty, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and preferably with the original packaging
Non-returnable items included, and are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse where your package shipped from. We accept returns only to our main office. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and to avoid delays in processing your return. We do provide pre-paid return labels for some returns, as other returns will not be granted a return label.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Buck Strike's error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the posted delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 3-days of receiving it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you in a replacement. We will provide you with a shipping label for the return of your item
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Not all replacements ship quickly as it takes time to process these requests. We do appreciate your patience and understanding on this.
If you are shipping an item to us, we always recommend that you consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost during shipment.
