If you need help finding your order please do an email search for our company BUCK STRIKE. You should see a shipping confirmation email by us confirming your order was successfully placed and is being processed.
Please, allow us 1-3 business days to process and carefully pack your order. We ship from 3 warehouses across America and will be sending your package from the closest warehouse location to you that has sufficient stock supplies that match your order. Once your order has been marked as shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email or phone number provided during checkout so that you can look up your order's tracking info.
We also want to mention that the carrier (FedEx, UPS & USPS) may take up to 3-days to update the tracking information and you may experience a message that says "on its way". Please understand that your order was in-fact shipped out but due to these unprecedented times, carriers may take a little longer to update tracking information versus how they use to update in a timely manner in the past.
